As a precaution following a recent security-related issue, we had temporarily applied a configuration change on COSMOS. This change affected some workflows, particularly those using containers.
Updated computes nodes (aka backend nodes) are currently released to the pool and can be utilised via e.g. the slurm scheduler or the Desktop on Demand system. The updated nodes should be able to run containerised workflows. All jobs currently submitted, will be allocated on updated nodes.
Login nodes are not yet updated, since that would require discontinuing all current connection. Login nodes will be updated during the next reboot.
