Ticket based support at Lunarc
A ticket based support system (RT) has been installed at Lunarc to keep track of support questions in a more effective manner. The only difference for a Lunarc user is the ticket number received in response to a mail to support@lunarc.lu.se or from a form submission on the Lunarc web-page.
